Urassaya Sperbund Shows Off Identical Princess Diana's Engagement Ring. Is she engaged?

Popular Thai celebrity, Urassaya "Yaya" Sperbund, who turned 30 in March this year, is currently in South Korea with her long time boyfriend, fellow Thai actor, Nadech Kugimiya.

In one of the photos she posted on her instagram, Urassaya Sperbund proudly shows off her gorgeous oval-shaped blue Sapphire ring surrounded by several diamonds.

This sight created speculation of engagement as the ring is identical to the iconic engagement ring of Diana, Princess of Wales. Is Yaya already engaged to Nadech Kugimiya? Well, we can only speculate. 

We come up with a speculation of engagement because the ring is not just simply a ring. Although most men currently chose to propose to their girlfriends with a diamond ring, there are some men, especially among celebrities, who chose to propose with a blue Sapphire engagement ring.

One of these Asian actors who proposed with an oval-shaped blue sapphire engagement ring is Filipino actor, Richard Gomez. His wife, Lucy Torres, still wears this precious engagement ring.

It's both unique and special as it is identical to the iconic engagement ring wore by Diana, Princess of Wales, which is now with her daughter-in-law, Catherine, the Princess of Wales.

Urassaya and Nadech haven't shared anything about engagement and no Thai media outlets broke the news, so this assumption of ours is only a speculation.

Nadech Kugimiya and Urassaya Sperbund have been in a relationship for more than 11 years now and drama fans are waiting for some good news about the progress of their love story.

They have several collaboration dramas most notably, Rising Sun Part 1 and 2 (2014, 2015), The Crown Princess (2018), and The Kinnaree Conspiracy (2022).
