Fans of the SongSong couple (the CP fandom of Korean stars, Song Hye-kyo and Song Joong-ki) who continue to hope for a reconciliation of the divorced couple, must be heartbroken now as Song Joong-ki, through his talent agency, confirmed he now has a new girlfriend.

The Reborn Rich actor is currently dating a non-showbiz girl, who is British, according to his talent agency, but did not disclose the name of the woman or her background.
His talent agency said in a statement: “Actor Song Joong Ki is currently seeing a woman with positive feelings. We hope that you will look warmly upon their relationship.”
In the same statement, the agency added, “We ask for your understanding in regards to the fact that we cannot confirm any information aside from the fact that they are dating, and we would be grateful if you refrained from publishing any speculative or unconfirmed reports.”
This is the first time that Song Joong-ki admitted to having a new relationship after his divorce in 2019. He was linked to several co-stars in the past years nut nothing was serious.
Song Joong-ki, 35, and his Descendants of the Sun co-star, Song Hye-kyo, 41, got married on October 31, 2017, but they got separated two years later. Song Joong-ki filed for divorce in June 2019. Their divorce was finalized in July 2019.
